Court Booking Rules

• The booking system is available 24/7, however, members can only book the "back court" (Squash Court 2) 14 days prior from 7 am, and the Jonah Barrington Glass Back court 7 days prior from 7am.
• Members should select their playing partner / opponent's name to show on the booking sheets.
• Court fees, per 45 minutes:
  • £1 online booking fee + £1 light fee to be paid using light meters next to courts.
  • Each Member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court.
  • You can purchase credit (£10 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged into this booking system website. Your transaction will be securely processed by Stripe.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that others may use the court.
    • The booking fee is automatically refunded as system credit only when the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to start time.
    • There is no refund within 48 hours prior to start time, unless the same court and start time is re-booked -- in this case the booking fee is automatically refunded.
• IMPORTANT: Check-in/No-Show Policy
  • Members are required to check-in on the touch screen "kiosk" system (next to Squash Court 2) to confirm court usage.
  • The check-in must be done within 1 hour prior to playing (or within 1 hour after playing).
  • You will need to know your PIN in order to check-in. You can look-up and change your PIN when logged into the Booking System Website.
  • Failure to check-in will log the booking as a "no-show". In this case, the system will automatically charge an additional £1 to the member's account and will send a "no-show" email notification on the day following the booking.
