New online court booking system

I am pleased to inform you about our new online booking system.

You can book the Jonah Barrington Glass back court 7 days in advance, and the Squash Court 2 up to 14 days in advance. When booking 7 or 14 days in advance, the new booking sheet for the court becomes available at 7am, but otherwise the booking sheets are available 24/7 when booking these courts within 7 or 14 days.

The booking fee is £1 per 45 minutes, paid for via the booking system. Please note you will need to "top-up" your booking system account in order to start booking courts (your online credit/debit card transaction will be securely processed by Stripe). You can pop into Bude Eye Centre and pay cash to top up if you prefer.The £1 light-meter charge remains to be paid on-site at the club using the meters next to the courts.

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN POLICY

Please be sure to check-in within 1 hour before or after playing using the kiosk touch screeen system which has been installed next to Squash Court 2. The system will automatically assume a "no-show" when the court remains booked with no check-in, and will automatically add the £1 light-meter charge to the £1 booking fee already paid.

Due to GDPR, members must login to the booking system website and provide consent to show their names on the booking sheets. Only members who've logged and accepted this Privacy Notice are included in the list of available playing partners / opponents.
